Market activity is almost back to pre-cooling measures levels. The total value of non-landed luxury homes sold reached $482.5 million, marking a significant 26.2% increase compared to the previous quarter.
Top selling luxury non-landed projects in 2Q 2024 include Skywater Residences, 32 Gilstead, St Regis Residences Singapore, The Marq on Paterson Hill, 3 Orchard By-The-Park, Ardmore Park and Watten House.
The GCB market witnessed several high-profile transactions in 2Q 2024 with an estimated 8 GCBs sold, surpassing the 5 transactions recorded in 1Q 2024. The total value of GCB sold was $299.1 million, a remarkable 152.6% increase from the previous quarter.
Transactions in the luxury non-landed homes market are anticipated to slow down in 2H 2024. Nevertheless, the GCB market may continue to attract interest as price expectations narrow.
