Katong, a very well known name in Singapore, where Emerald of Katong, a new condo launch by Sim Lian Group will be located.
Located in District 15, a brand new project known as Emerald of Katong (EOK) is going to be launched. It will be the largest Rest of Central Region (RCR) project in the EAST of Singapore in 2024.
Why is District 15 so sought after?
